Review: EarMaster Pro 5 Ear Training Software

Ear Training Software Requirements
I had several requirements the software I recommended must fulfill. Among them were:

EarMaster Pro 5 is a complete package of music theory software and ear training software wrapped into one. There are 651 lessons broken into 12 easy to follow modules.
The modules are:

Ear Training Software
Being able to accurately identify and transcribe musical intervals, chords, scales, rhythms and melodies is imperative if one is to grow as a musician. These skills help you hear a musical passage and play along or imitate it. If you’ve ever heard a piece played for you that didn’t sound like the original, chances are weakness in this area is to blame. Ear training software worth its salt must develop this ability.
Music Theory Software
The only way to really explode your musicianship is to understand how musical elements relate to each other. A musician needs to be able to either read or hear a piece and understand why it works (or doesn’t work) or how to improve it. Any good music theory software will teach you these relationships. I’ve used the previous version of this software and was blown away by how powerful it was and how much I learned from it.
Really helped me turn the corner as a musician.
